The Institute of Ocean Engineering II is a section of the university which is concerned with basic research, development and teaching in the fields of theoretical and applied ocean engineering: Numerical methods in structural and fluid mechanics, static and dynamic behavior of ocean structures, stability of floating structures, and dynamics of multi-body systems.
