Our experience in design, moulding techniques and metallurgical testing provides the most advanced and up-to-date information available today. Mars production facilities are second-to-none, with the ability to produce keel configurations from 100 lbs to over 200,000 lbs. With over 30,000 square feet, our in-house capabilities include pattern making, full stainless steel processing, along with precision custom and production mould making. In addition, our facilities also include core making, custom steel fabrication and specialized finishing areas. Constant testing and upgrading advancements have made us the front-runner in keel manufacturing.
